Sheepgate Services (SGS) provides monitoring services across the nation for people in recovery from substance abuse and addiction. Monitoring addresses the long-term needs and challenges of transition. Whether from the structure of treatment into everyday living or moving from one supportive environment into a new area (and recovery community), our goal is to create accountability and support for our clients (right where you are) through the following services:
1. SGS implements the components of the aftercare plan into a practical format for accountability.
2. SGS schedules testing and monitors results for random and weekly UADS anywhere in the nation. This service is included in our fee and testing is not charged to the client as an ancillary service.
3. SGS maintains weekly contact with the client offering support, coaching and accountability to monitor the transition process. Our case monitors have many years of sober experience and are committed to partnering for successful transition.
4. SGS provides documentation and monthly reporting of UADS results, recovery activities and weekly phone contact to identified stakeholders. Recovery activities can include 12 step meeting attendance, therapy appointments, psychiatric visits, aftercare support group etc.
5. SGS initiates contact with the professional case manager when there is a negative development in the monitoring activity. The goal is to support a time sensitive intervention when there are indications of a developing relapse process.
We work with adolescents and adults. Our all-inclusive basic service is $1200 for 90day increments. We see this as a significant resource to clients and families transitioning into the activities of daily living.
